A discovery session is all about optimising your brand and website to align with your target market while separating you from the competition. Through asking the right questions and analysing the business through traditional business frameworks, we will put your business in the lime light.
Beforehand I will carry out some research of your company, the industry and your competitors. i will also produce a web audit to identify any opportunities to optimise the UX of your website.
During the session, I will share my findings and make some suggestions. I will also carry out a SWOT analysis to help better understand how to help you capitalise on your opportunities.
Afterwards I will format my research into an easy to read document, along with a proposal for work to help align your business with its target market, and set your website apart from the competition.
