Common Unity is a mock business, a record shop based in Leeds who represent the local music scene, the shop is an integral part of the city and thrives off of its sense of community, the brief requested an engaging and bold colour palette, complemented by a fresh and exciting brand identity. I approached the brief by designing a logo that can be viewed in two ways. The first is a record being taken out of its case. The second is a rising sun, representing a sense of community and positivity.
