It was a pleasure to build VeggieVision! In short, VeggieVision is a platform that combines the power of Webflow, Memberstack, Airtable, and Make to create a space for vegan businesses to sign up, create their own profile, and upload content to share in front of a vegan audience.

Created with a low code approach, VeggieVision displays the capabilities of Webflow when implemented correctly. The process of using VeggieVision as a business is as follows:

1. Sign up – the user details are stored in Memberstack and are ready to review to ensure that they are a suitable business for the platform.
2. Profile review – once the profile has been approved, a Scenario is triggered on Make.com to automatically create a profile for the business using Webflow’s CMS.
3. Gated content – once a profile has been approved, users can now comment on other content, edit their profile through a user dashboard, and most importantly upload their own content.
4. Upload content – Uploading new content to VeggieVision is simple, users navigate to the ‘Upload’ button on the nav bar, where they can choose between articles, recipes, events, event participant, or videos. When uploading content, users can apply tags to their content, which are used as a filter on VeggieVision to add a piece of content to their specific ‘channel’ and as a filtering option when searching.
5. Content is reviewed – Before a piece of content is published, it first gets reviewed through Airtable. Once approved, the piece of content will trigger the automation through Make.com and uploaded to VeggieVision in the relevant channel, on the user’s profile, and on the home page if applicable.

The option for advertising agencies to upload content on behalf of their clients is also possible through VeggieVision. Agencies have the ability to add their clients’ details to their account and select their client when uploading their content.
